Expectations for when your provider doesn't respond for a while

If your request has been matched with a doctor, please wait at least 10 minutes to give the provider a chance to message. They may be running late due to finishing up with a previous appointment, or running into technical difficulties!

If it has been more than 10 minutes and the provider has not messaged you, please contact our Customer Support team.
