The Dermatologist will only contact patients if their requests are suitable for virtual care. Requests that are not suitable for virtual care will be cancelled.
Dermatologists are medical doctors who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of skin, scalp, hair, and nail conditions. Maple offers asynchronous and on-demand visits with Dermatologists.
How it works:
Submit a Dermatology request by clicking Get Care and choosing the Dermatology specialty.
Photos are required for dermatology visits - these can be added after submitting a request.
Once the request and photographs have been submitted, you can navigate away from the page. Just make sure email and text notifications are on. The Dermatologist will review patient requests within 24 hours.
