We offer both asynchronous and on-demand visits with dermatologists on Maple. A dermatologist will only contact you if your request is suitable for virtual care. If your request isn't, we'll let you know and help you figure out what comes next.
How it works:
Click Get Care and select the Dermatology specialty.
Photos are required for dermatology visits—you can add them after submitting your request.
Once you've submitted your request and photos, you can navigate away from the page. Just make sure your email and text notifications are turned on. A dermatologist will review your request within 24 hours.
