Follow the directions below to update the phone number on your account — you can do this from the mobile app or on a web browser. Ensure you verify your new phone number (more information on that here)!
Changing a phone number on the mobile app
Log into your Maple account.
Click Settings on the bottom menu bar.
Click Account.
Under Phone, enter the phone number you want to be associated with your account.
Click Save.
You will be redirected to a page to verify your phone number. Enter the 6-digit code received by text message into the text box.
Click Submit.
Changing a phone number in a web browser
Log into your Maple account and click Settings from the left-hand menu.
Under Phone, enter the phone number you want to be associated with your account.
Click Update Account.
You will be redirected to a page to verify your phone number. Enter the 6-digit code received by text message into the text box. Please see our article on Confirming your phone number, available here, if you're using a landline phone number.
Click Submit.
