My prescription is too old or expired

Some pharmacies have a maximum timeframe for dispensing medications.

If you delay ordering a prescription (i.e. sending it to the pharmacy), the pharmacy may not dispense the medication if they deem the prescription too old. All dispensing is at the pharmacy's discretion.

If the pharmacy deems your prescription too old or expired, please request a new consultation with a healthcare provider to request a new prescription.
