Once you've accepted your prescription, you can send it to a local pharmacy of your choice. Maple is not a pharmacy. We connect you with local pharmacies for convenient prescription pickup.

Prescriptions cannot be downloaded. They can only be faxed to a pharmacy to have the medication dispensed.

Select specialties may default to free delivery.

How to accept and send your prescription to a pharmacy

  1. Choose Accept prescription from your dashboard or consultation summary.

  2. Choose Pharmacy pick-up or delivery after your online appointment.

    • If you don't see this option, your appointment might still be active. If so, please contact Maple support for help.

  3. Select a pharmacy from the list of nearby options.

    • To add a new pharmacy, search by name or address. Then, click the pharmacy name (on mobile) to select it.

  4. Click Proceed with this pharmacy to confirm your choice. You'll receive a confirmation message by email or text.

    • You'll be able to view the pharmacy details in your appointment summary.

You can send your prescription to a local pharmacy or have it delivered by one of our delivery partners.
