Once you've accepted your prescription, you can send it to a local pharmacy of your choice. Maple is not a pharmacy. We connect you with local pharmacies for convenient prescription pickup.
Prescriptions cannot be downloaded. They can only be faxed to a pharmacy to have the medication dispensed.
Some specialties may default to free delivery.
How to accept and send your prescription to a pharmacy
In the main menu, click Prescriptions.
Click Accept prescription.
Click Order this prescription.
Choose either Pharmacy pick-up or Delivery.
If you don't see this option, your appointment might still be active. If so, please contact Maple support for help.
For pick-up, select a pharmacy from the list of nearby options. To add a new pharmacy, search by name or address, then click the pharmacy name when you find it.
Click Proceed with this pharmacy to confirm your choice. You'll receive a confirmation message by email or text.
You'll be able to view the pharmacy details in your appointment summary.
In the main menu, select Prescriptions.
Click Accept prescription.
Click Order this prescription.
Choose either Pharmacy pick-up or Delivery.

What happens after you send your prescription to the pharmacy for pick-up
The pharmacy will automatically receive your prescription and prepare it. Call the pharmacy, or wait for them to notify you that your medication is ready.
Bring identification when you go to pick up your prescription.
