When you use Maple you will receive email notifications communicating new messages, consultation updates as well as security updates. If you haven’t been receiving emails from Maple, we first ask that you check the "Other", "Spam" or "Junk" folders in your email to ensure our emails aren’t being incorrectly filtered.
If you don’t see the emails in any of your folders there are a few other troubleshooting steps you can take. Below you will find the steps to ensure that your notifications are set up correctly.
Website
1. Log into your Maple account and click on “Account Settings” located at the bottom left corner of the screen (Image A).

2. Once you click on “Account Settings”, click the “Notifications” tab located along the top (Image B).

3. Here you will be able to check that all of your notification settings are turned on. You can double check that the email options are all turned on, and turn on text notifications if you prefer (Image C).

Mobile Application
1. Log into your Maple application and click on the “Settings” tab at the bottom right corner (Image D).

2. Click on the “Notifications” tab under “Settings” (Image E).

3. Here you will be able to check that all of your notification settings are turned on. You can turn on the email notifications, and turn on text notifications if you prefer (Image F).
