When the Maple team has information to share with you, you’ll receive a notification in your Maple inbox. Please take a moment to check any new messages, as they may contain important updates about your recent medical care. Messages may be automatically generated or personally written and sent by a member of our team.
Our healthcare providers message you in the consultation chat room, not through your Maple inbox. To view these messages, join your consultation. For additional help, check out our Joining Your Consultation article, available here.

Reading and managing your messages
Click Inbox from the menu at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can click on any message you'd like to read.
To find specific messages, click Filter and sort to set your filters.
To mark a message as unread or archive it, click the 3 dots on the top right of the screen, then click Edit notifications.
Select the messages you want to action, then click Mark as unread or Archive.
