Checking inbox messages from Maple

View important messages and manage your notification settings

When we have information to share with you, you'll receive a notification in your Maple inbox.

Take a moment to check any new messages—they may contain important updates about your recent care. We may generate them automatically, or a member of our team may write and send them personally. Your practitioner messages you in the visit chat room, not through your Maple inbox.

To view these messages, join your visit.

Reading and managing your messages

To read and manage your messages:

  1. Click Inbox from the menu at the bottom of the screen, then click on any message to read it.

  2. To find specific messages, click Filter and sort to set your filters.

  3. To mark a message as unread or archive it, press down on a message until the checkbox appears.

  4. Select the messages you want to action, then click Mark as unread, Mark as read or Archive.
