If you submit a request to see the provider as soon as possible, you will be brought to our virtual waiting room. If you navigated away from this screen and are trying to get back, click Continue your consultation from anywhere in the Maple app to return.

All consultations begin with a text chat — you will receive a notification that the healthcare provider has messaged you.
To view or begin upcoming appointments
Log in to your Maple account, and select Consultations from the main menu.
Click the consultation to open the waiting room. Your consultation will begin once the provider sends the first message.
