Maple’s healthcare providers are able to prescribe almost any medication if it’s medically necessary, except for controlled substances. These services are at the discretion of the treating healthcare provider. If you receive a prescription, you’ll have the option to pick it up from any pharmacy in Canada or have it delivered to your door.

If you receive a lab or imaging requisition, it should be printed and taken to any local lab or imaging centre. Once the lab sends them back to us, results will be uploaded to your virtual medical record on Maple. Follow-ups can take place virtually through another visit with a Maple healthcare provider or right with your family physician, it’s up to you!
