You must use the GSC account holder’s ID to set up your virtual care account on Maple. This GSC ID number should end in “-00”.
If you have a short identification number with a letter prefix, be sure to include the letters.
If you can’t find your physical card, there is a digital version of your identification card on your plan member online services portal under the “My Benefits” tab> “My GSC ID Card”.
If you have downloaded the GSC app—GSC on the Go, there is a digital version of your card that is accessible by opening the menu on the bottom right of the app home screen and selecting “My ID Card”.
