You must use the Greenshield Canada (GSC) account holder’s ID to set up your virtual care account on Maple. This GSC ID number should end in “-00”.
If you have a short identification number with a letter prefix, be sure to include the letters.
Your identification card is digitally available on your plan member online services portal under My Benefits> My GSC ID Card.
If you have downloaded the GSC on the Go app, there is a digital version of your card that is accessible by opening the menu on the bottom right of the app home screen and selecting My ID Card.
