To set up your Maple account for virtual care, you'll need the GreenShield Canada (GSC) account holder's ID number.
A few things to keep in mind:
The GSC ID number should end in "-00"
If your ID number is short and has a letter prefix, be sure to include the letters
Finding your ID card
You can find your ID card on the plan member online services portal. Just go to My Benefits > My GSC ID Card.
If you've downloaded the GSC on the Go app, you can access a digital version of your card. Go to the menu in the bottom right of the app's home screen and select My ID Card.
