This chat and email application are powered by Intercom, a third-party technology provider, which Maple uses to provide you with customer support (“Customer Support”). In certain circumstances, Maple may communicate with you via email powered by third-party technology provider Google. Our Customer Support team members are non-medical staff equipped to answer general questions about Maple or to help troubleshoot technical issues you may have related to using the service. Customer Support does not include the provision of Healthcare Services as defined in the Maple Terms of Use.
