If your prescription from Maple does not have refills attached, you’ll have to submit another consultation request to speak with a provider for a new prescription.

If you have a prescription from Maple with refills attached, you can reach out to the pharmacy that initially filled your prescription to acquire your refills.

We recommend being as specific as possible about your expectations when initially submitting your consultation, so that only a provider who is able to help will pick up your request.

Please note, all medical care including prescriptions and treatment directions are up to the provider's discretion. The doctor is required to verify your identity before prescribing medications.
