How to fix common problems when selecting a pharmacy

If you're running into trouble selecting a pharmacy on Maple, you're in the right place. Here's how to fix the most common issues.

Location services are turned off

If you're using the Maple app on your phone and your location services are turned off, you may run into a problem when selecting a pharmacy. Here's how to fix it.

Updating location settings on an iPhone

  1. Go to your phone's Settings.

  2. Enter Maple in the search bar, or find the Maple app in your list of installed apps.

  3. Tap Location.

  4. Select either While Using the App or Always.

  5. Return to the Maple app and try selecting a pharmacy again.

Updating location settings on an Android

  1. Find the Maple app icon on your home screen.

  2. Touch and hold the app icon.

  3. Tap App info.

  4. Tap Permissions, then Location.

  5. Select either All the time or Only while using the app.

  6. Return to the Maple app and try selecting a pharmacy again.


Your pharmacy isn't showing up on the map

The pharmacy map shows results based on your current map view. If you can't see your pharmacy, try zooming out to expand the search area — it may just be outside the visible range.


Your pharmacy isn't listed on Maple

Maple's pharmacy database includes most pickup locations across Canada, but not all. If you've zoomed out and still can't find your pharmacy, it may not be in our system yet. Our Customer Support Team can look into adding it for you.
