When you accept and order a prescription on Maple, it’s automatically faxed to the pharmacy you choose. To make sure you've done this correctly, see Accepting and sending your prescription for pharmacy pickup or delivery.
Sometimes pharmacies only check their computer logs or voicemail for new prescriptions. If the pharmacy says they don't have your prescription, ask them to check the physical fax machine.
If the pharmacy has checked the fax machine and still can't find it, contact our Customer Support Team.
