When you accept a prescription on Maple, it’s automatically faxed to the destination pharmacy of your choice.

Sometimes pharmacies only check their computer logs or voicemail for new prescriptions. If the pharmacy says they do not have your prescription, specifically ask the pharmacist if they have checked the fax machine.

If the pharmacy has checked the physical fax machine, and they are not able to locate the fax, please contact us at [email protected] or click on the chat icon in the bottom right of this screen.
