The pharmacy says they don't have my prescription

Ask the pharmacy to physically check their fax machine for your prescription

When you accept and order a prescription on Maple, it’s automatically faxed to the destination pharmacy of your choice. To make sure you have done this correctly, please see Accepting and sending your prescription for pharmacy pickup or delivery.

Sometimes pharmacies only check their computer logs or voicemail for new prescriptions. If the pharmacy says they do not have your prescription, specifically ask the pharmacist if they have checked the fax machine.

If the pharmacy has checked the physical fax machine, and they are not able to locate the fax, please contact us.
