Sometimes when you're filling out a form or trying to move through a page, things can get stuck. This usually happens when your device's font size or display settings are customized — they can change how content shows up on your screen and keep buttons from working the way they should.
Here's what to try
Reset your device's font size to the default setting.
Touch and hold on the screen (or click and hold with your mouse).
Slowly scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
Once you're at the bottom, the button should work and you can keep going.
