New Brunswick eVisitNB and Maple

The eVisitNB program is no longer available on Maple

Our eVisitNB's program with the Government of New Brunswick concluded on June 30, 2026. We remain committed to ensuring patients have clear, factual information throughout this transition.

If you were a patient of this program, here's what you should know:

Lab requisitions

  • Lab requisitions issued on Maple will have expired by June 23, 2026

  • Any clinically significant abnormal results from tests completed before June 23 will be reviewed and followed up by the eVisitNB clinical team

  • Adult patients can access their lab results at any time through MyHealthNB.

Specialist referrals

  • If you have an outstanding referral through eVisitNB that you haven't attended yet, the incoming virtual care service provider will take over follow-up and coordination of that referral.

Your patient records

Your medical records, visit history, and personal health information will remain secure on Maple after June 30, 2026. You can continue to access your records at any time by logging into Maple with your current account login information at any time.

Your care options

If you are unsure where to turn, the Government of New Brunswick's Symptom Checker can help you determine the best path to care based on your symptoms.

Continuing with Maple — We've supported Canadians from coast to coast for over a decade, in both official languages, available 24 hours a day on the Maple app. Maple remains available outside of a provincial program for those who may wish to continue accessing virtual care either through our membership or a sponsored benefit plan, where applicable.
