You can continue to access eVisitNB as usual through June 30, 2026. Online visits are available daily from 8 am to 8 pm AST. Nothing changes about how you access care before that date.
Important deadlines to know
Lab requisitions (blood work, urine and stool testing)
Lab requisitions may be issued until June 15, 2026 during online visits, when medically necessary.
Lab requisitions will no longer be issued after June 16.
All lab work must be completed on or before June 23, 2026 to ensure appropriate follow-up. Requisitions expire as of this date.
Any clinically significant abnormal results from tests completed before June 23 will be reviewed and followed up by the eVisitNB clinical team.
If you have a primary care practitioner, reach out to them directly for any lab needs.
If you believe you need a lab test or referral, please contact 1-844-953-3353 for assistance
Adult patients can access their lab results at any time through MyHealthNB.
Specialist referrals
Specialist referrals may be initiated until June 15, 2026 for patients without a primary care practitioner.
If you have a primary care practitioner, you'll be directed to them or Tele-Care 811 for obtaining a specialist referral.
If you have an outstanding referral through eVisitNB that you haven't attended yet, the incoming virtual care service provider will take over follow-up and coordination of that referral.
Your patient records
Your medical records, visit history, and personal health information will remain secure on Maple after June 30, 2026. You can continue to access your records at any time by logging into Maple with your current account login information at any time.
