Accessing Maple as a military family member

Maple makes virtual healthcare easy for veterans and their families.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Military Family Services (MFS) partnership provides virtual healthcare access to family members of active Canadian Armed Forces personnel. This service connects you with Canadian-licensed doctors and nurse practitioners through the Maple platform, giving you 24/7 access to medical care.

Who Can Use This Service

  • Only dependents (family members) of currently serving Canadian Armed Forces members are eligible.

Active military members themselves aren't eligible for this program and should use the Canadian Armed Forces medical care resources available here.

Veterans who've recently been released can call the Family Information Line at 1-800-866-4546 to learn about available services.

Registration Steps

Ensure you have the correct card. The card must be registered in your name and show "Family" designation with code "CF-F".

  1. Complete the MFS registration here. If you already have an account, log in here.

  2. Complete your profile information. If your CFOne number doesn't appear in the system right away, try again on the following Tuesday.

  3. You can now connect with healthcare practitioners through the Maple platform.
