We take privacy and security very seriously at Maple.

You play an important role in protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. Creating a strong and unique password according to the set requirements is the first step towards ensuring that the highest possible security and privacy standards are met. Your password will not be allowed if it doesn't meet the strength requirements.

To set up your password that meets the strength requirements, your password must include at least 3 of the following criteria:

  • 1 uppercase character

  • 1 numeric character (between 0 and 9)

  • 1 special character " !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~"

  • Be ten characters long

You may also enable two-factor authentication on your account to help ensure that only you can access your account. If you do, in addition to entering your password to log in to your account to access the Maple Platform, we will send a code to your phone number which you will need to enter in order to login to your account. This added security prevents anyone else from accessing your Maple account unless they have access to both your login information and your phone number.
