When you get a prescription on Maple and you choose to send it to a pharmacy instead of delivery, we will automatically fax it over to the pharmacy. When the pharmacy fax machine indicates it successfully received the fax, we will send you a notification.
Sometimes, it takes time for the pharmacy to check their fax machine, so you'll want to give them a call first to ensure they have it before you go.
If the pharmacy says they don't have your prescription, ask them to physically check their fax machine.
