Account holders can add eligible dependents onto their Maple account in order to access the free general practitioner visits. 

Press “Patient Profile” tab. You can find this on the left-hand side of your web browser or by pressing the three lines on the top left hand corner of the mobile app. 

Press “Add a patient”. Fill in your dependent’s details.

Then, go to account settings, press the “coverage” tab and add their unique GSC ID number. When adding your family members, the ID numbers might end in “-01” or “-02”, as shown on your card.
