Sleep therapists can help with difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep, daytime sleepiness and other sleep-related issues.

How to see a sleep therapist

  1. Submit a request and complete the intake. You can find the steps to do this here. Your practitioner will get back to you within 24 hours.

  2. The consultation starts with a questionnaire that your practitioner will send you.

  3. Once you've completed the questionnaire, your practitioner will schedule a live appointment with you on Maple.

  4. During the appointment, your practitioner will give you advice and answer any questions you may have.
