How to access live chat
You can find the live chat support option at the bottom right of the screen when you are logged in to your Maple account. From your computer, you will find the orange chat icon. If you are using the mobile application, select the Help option from the Settings menu. Alternatively, you can also start a chat from this link here: https://www.getmaple.ca/contact-us/#
When you begin your chat, you will first speak to our chatbot, Andy. If Andy is unable to answer your questions, you'll be directed to a live customer support agent.
