Removing or changing your coverage plan

How to switch or remove your Maple coverage

Your Maple account supports one type of coverage at a time.

If you have coverage from two different providers, you may be able to switch between them — as long as both are already added to your account.

Removing coverage

At this time, coverage can't be manually removed from your account.

To request removal — whether to apply a different plan or for any other reason — reach out to the Customer Support Team.

Switching coverage

  1. Make sure both coverage options have been verified and added to your account.

  2. Go to Settings > Coverage information.

  3. Click Switch coverage provider.
