Removing or changing your coverage plan

Information on manually removing or switching your Maple coverage

Your Maple account can only use one type of coverage at a time. If you have coverage from two different providers, you may be able to switch between them.

To switch between partnerships, coverage must be verified for both partnerships that are already added to your account.

How to switch coverage

Mobile:

  1. From the dashboard, click Virtual care coverage details

  2. For other coverage options available, click Switch coverage provider

  3. Select Switch to this coverage provider

  4. Confirm necessary fields, and switch back anytime

Web:

  1. From the dashboard, head to Settings

  2. Click coverage information

  3. Click Switch coverage provider

Removing coverage

At this time, you cannot manually remove coverage on your account.
