Deleting files from an active visit
You can delete your own uploads from any active visit by:
Clicking the upload in your visit chat.
Click Delete.
Deleting files after a completed visit
All parts of a completed visit are part of the official medical record, which we're legally required to keep for 10 years. If the practitioner considers a file relevant to the visit, we're not able to remove it from the record.
If you'd like to request a deletion, reach out to our Customer Support Team. We'll check in with the practitioner — and if they're okay with it, we'll handle it for you.
