Staples employees have access to two services on Maple. Please select an option to learn more:

Screensafe COVID-19 self-assessments

To complete a self-assessment, you must register at https://staples.getwello.ca. If you have already registered, log in to complete a Screensafe COVID-19 self-assessment: https://rtw.wello.ca/.

There are three fields that must match your employee records exactly: first name, last name, and employee ID.

If you are a new employee, returning from leave, or have recently changed locations, it may take 24-48 hours for your employee record to be updated. Please reach out to the Staples HR team for support. For other troubleshooting, please contact Maple customer support:

Access to free general practitioner consultations on the Maple platform

  1. If you already have a Maple account, visit our log in page here.

  2. If you are signing up for the first time, please go to the registration page here.

  3. On the registration page, enter your Staples employee ID and click Continue.

4. Enter your name and other required information, then click Create your account.

5. You will receive an email to verify your account. Click the link in the email. That’s it! You are ready to start using Maple.

Registering a family member as a dependent for Maple coverage

  1. If the family member is over 18, they can register for a Maple account the same way you did — they can follow the same steps as listed above (they will need your employee ID number).

  2. If your family member is under 18, you can add them as a patient to your own Maple account. Check out the How do I add a patient to my Maple account? article for details here.
