Go into your initial confirmation email that you received when you booked your COVID-19 test. In that email, you will find a link to cancel/reschedule your COVID-19 test.

Please note that appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial charge ($79.50). Missed appointments that are not cancelled in advance are charged at full price.
