If you no longer want to access the PC Health app from your Maple account, you can unlink (or disconnect) your accounts at any time in your Maple app.

Before you unlink your accounts

If you want to unlink your Maple and PC Health accounts, there are some important things to consider first:

Then...

You created your Maple account through your PC Health app...

  • When you unlink your Maple and PC Health accounts, your Maple account and data is deleted
  • If you don’t want to lose the data from your Maple account, you can sign in to Maple and save information before unlinking your accounts
  • If you want to unlink your accounts but keep using Maple, you can create a new Maple account after your accounts are unlinked

If you created your Maple account through a Shoppers Drug Mart® location...

  • When you unlink your Maple and PC Health accounts, your Maple account and data is deleted
  • If you don’t want to lose the data from your Maple account, you can sign in to Maple and save information before unlinking your accounts
  • If you want to unlink your accounts but keep using Maple, you can create a new Maple account after your accounts are unlinked

If you already had a Maple account before you linked it to your PC Health account...

  • When you unlink your Maple and PC Health accounts, your Maple and PC Health accounts won’t be deleted
  • You’ll no longer be able to access your Maple account through your PC Health app, but you can still access your Maple account from the Maple app
  • You can link your Maple and PC Health accounts again in the future

Note: Your Maple account may be deleted once you unlink it from your PC Health account. Please read the table above before unlinking your accounts.

  • Log in to your Maple app
  • Go to Settings
  • Click on “Coverage Information”
  • Click on “Disconnect from the PC Health app”
  • Click “Disconnect my account”
