As a Maple member, you have unlimited access to Tranquility iCBT—a self-led mental health program that supports you if you're experiencing anxiety or depression.

Please note that Tranquility iCBT is available to Maple members only.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that involves efforts to change thinking patterns and can help with a wide range of concerns.

Tranquility offers this treatment virtually through their app. You can learn more here.
You can find this program on your dashboard.

To get started:

  • Go to Tranquility directly from your Maple profile to register for the iCBT program.

  • When you want to complete exercises, go to iCBT through your dashboard and scroll down on the Tranquility page to log in.
