Accessing Tranquility iCBT

Maple membership holders have unlimited access to this self-led mental health program that supports anxiety and/or depression.

Please note that Tranquility iCBT is only available for Maple Membership members.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that involves efforts to change thinking patterns and can help with a wide range of concerns. Tranquility offers this treatment virtually through their app to Maple subscribers who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression.

This program can be found on your dashboard. You can link to Tranquility directly from your Maple profile, where you can register for the iCBT program and return when you wish to complete exercises. Once registered, you can complete exercises by accessing iCBT through your dashboard and scrolling down on the Tranquility page to log in.
