From time to time, the pharmacy may tell you they do not have your prescription. Since Maple faxes your prescription, the pharmacist may not have yet checked the fax machine. Perhaps they only checked their computer logs or voicemail. You'll want to specifically ask the pharmacist if they have checked the fax machine.

If the pharmacy has checked the physical fax machine, and they are not able to locate the fax, please contact us at support@getmaple.ca and we will resend your prescription fax right away.
