The Grammarly plugin may cause issues in the consultation chat room forcing you to refresh

If you are not able to type a second message after you already sent your first message, it is likely that you have the Grammarly Chrome extension installed and it is conflicting with our chat room. To disable it, simply hover over the green icon in the bottom right of your chat room, click it, and click the white on/off switch to disable it. Here is a quick video tutorial of the process:
