If you don’t have an OHIP card, you can still use Maple to talk to a doctor, however fees may apply. After you click “See doctor” select “General Practitioner” to proceed. Please be sure to include as much information as possible about your symptoms and medical history when filling out the consultation request. When a Maple GP reviews your request, you can expect a response within a couple of minutes. The doctor will quickly determine whether they’re able to provide support on Maple prior to starting your visit. If they’re not able to help, they’ll decline the visit in advance and you will not be charged.

If you’re a British Columbia resident, you can connect with doctors online and MSP will cover up to one video visit with our online GPs per day per MSP Personal Health Number (i.e. one per patient, not one per account). Click here to create a Maple account that is linked to your MSP coverage. To add MSP coverage to an existing Maple account, please click here instead.
