When you accept a prescription on Maple, it’s automatically faxed to the destination pharmacy of your choice. We will send you an email and/or SMS notification when the pharmacy indicates they have successfully received the fax.

Before going to the pharmacy in person, call to confirm they have received your prescription.

If the pharmacy says they don't have your prescription, ask them to physically check their fax machine.
