A pending charge will appear on your credit card statement as soon as you request a consultation.

Your credit card will be charged when you make a purchase on Maple — when you request a consultation or purchase a membership.

When you request an on-demand consultation, the charge that appears on your card is a pre-authorization. If the consultation does not take place, this pre-authorization will be released within 24-48 hours.

Scheduled consultations and membership purchases are charged at the time of purchase. If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact our team by clicking Contact Maple below.
